Pada Kalender 2020 Indonesia memiliki 16 Hari Libur Nasional dan 4 hari Cuti Bersama yang disepakati di Jakarta oleh Menko bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan (PMK) pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2019.

Kesepakatan Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama pada Kelender Indonesia Tahun 2020 ini mempertimbangkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 24 tahun 1976 tentang Cuti Pegawai Negeri Sipil; Peraturan Pemerintah No. 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Manajemen Pegawai Sipil Negara; Keputusan Presiden No. 3 Tahun 1983 tentang Perubahan Atas Kepres 251/1967 tentang Hari Libur Nasional sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Keppres No. 10 Tahun 1971; dan Peraturan Presiden No. 7 Tahun 2015 tentang Organisasi Kementerian Negara.
